Leak Testing - Seal Tech Service
Be Sure your Unit has no leaks! Our RVTI Certified Technicians, will pressure test your unit, looking for possible leaks.
Major’s RV uses a state of the art leak detection system called a Seal Tech 430R.
The test consists of forcing air into your RV by pulling in air through one of the vents of your RV, pressurizing the cabin with the Seal Tech machine. The air is drawn in and then dispersed to create a positive interior pressure. Our technicians then conduct a leak down test by spraying a water based solution around seals & suspicious areas. The resulting difference in air pressure between the inside and outside of the RV causes air to escape outward through any holes creating bubbles at the point of escaping air. Our technicians will document the points of leaks, repair, and reseal on their RV.
If air is coming out, water can potentially be getting in!
We then provide an estimate to fix or re-seal the areas that produced bubbles at the time of the test.

Visual Roof Inspection
Our service advisors or a technician will perform a visual inspection of your roof. The inspection will include a review inspection of the overall condition and cleanliness of the roof, and includes the integrity of the membrane (EPDM, TPO, Fiberglass, or Metal), inspection of all sealant and seams for cracking and splitting.
This inspection is performed with all roof protrusions in place (i.e. A/C, vents, pipes, satellite, etc.). Sometimes these items will need to be removed to perform a more accurate search.
